Adult ClimbTime Yoga is a very accessible approach to yoga; great for beginners and a new way into asanas for Yogis.  This Adult class is a gentle, but rigorous, cross training approach to yoga.  Great emphasis is placed on connection and deep relaxation.  Challenging, but playful, sequences work the mind and the body.  The focus is on building a steady, easeful, practice from where you are.  We emphasize "no pain, no injury."  Swiss balls and Thai massage are used for a very gentle hands on approach to opening and developing your practice.  Highly recommended for CTY parents to work without their children for a more easeful ClimbTime Yoga experience.
